"Born and raised in Seattle, I've always been by the simple question: How does the work?
My journey to becoming a licensed home inspector wasn't a straight line, but every step alone the way sharpened my eye for detail. Right out of high school, I spent some time working construction, learning how homes in the Pacific Northwest are put together from the ground up.
Later, I traded in my tools for textbooks, graduating with a degree in Psychology. This has taught me the importance of clear communication and the "people side" of real estate. I realize that a home inspection isn't just about finding leaks or faulty wiring- its also about providing peace of mind during a big transitional event in you life.
I've always love puzzles and problem-solving. to me, a home inspection is the ultimate puzzle. I find it incredibly engaging to step into a new environment and meticulously piece together it's story, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed.
